By submitting your pledge, becoming a website user, or accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Application, Pledge aproval and the use of Badge

To apply for the PCE Badge, you will be asked to submit the Application form/letter, and then confirm your submission of the Pledge.

All delivered information will be reviewed, and in this process, we may additionally contact you. Once the review is done, you will receive the Pledge certificate and the Badge, and your Pledge will be announced on this website.
We encourage you to link your PCE page as a reference.

Unless otherwise stated, The Perfumery Code of Ethics and/or the Pledgers, own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Perfumery Code of Ethics.

No use of The Perfumery Code of Ethics’s logo and/or the Badge will be allowed for sharing, linking, and copying outside the pledgers’ agreement, or without written consent.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website.
